The innovation of pods is not disruptive technology but merely a “next step” in the advancement of building methods. Think about how kitchen cabinets were built 65 years ago. A load of lumber would be dropped off at a job site and a cabinet maker would build them in place one piece of wood at a time. Today, kitchen cabinets, on even the highest end jobs, are built in a factory environment, shipped to the job site, and installed as a unit. Pods are an evolutionary step in the componentization of building products (i.e. roof and floor trusses, kitchen cabinets).

Neopods are pre-fabricated units designed, built, and finished to the client’s architectural specifications at our offsite facility under the strictest quality control standards by highly skilled professionals.

Each pod is completed at our manufacturing location and shipped to the project site as a sealed unit to be installed according to the developer’s project timeline. The interior of the unit is completely finished with all fixtures, accessories, and outfitted to the owner’s specifications. The exterior of the unit is left exposed (not drywalled) to ensure proper inspection access.
