QA/QC At Factory

Buy in on QA/QC requirements agreed to with AHJs prior to POD manufacturing.

• Clear standards are agreed to and used as the base for manufacturing (with AHJ and Client input)

• Members of AHJ are present during prototype evaluation

• AHJs are invited to visit manufacturing facility at their convenience

• We have relationships with national third party inspection agencies that can perform the required inspections if allowed by the AHJs.

• In states and jurisdictions where it exists, we seek manufacturing certification which typically expedites and simplifies the inspection process (e.g.Texas IHB certification)

• Each POD is evaluated by the QA/QC Team at each stage in production.

• Quality issues are identified and corrected as they occur.

• A 5-Why analysis is performed to ensure measures are implemented to ensure defects do not occur again.

• Neopod follows a strict project specific QA/QC procedures and specification manual (available upon request) which is constantly evolving during the construction process.

• Several “hard” QC checks through the line where PODs are not allowed to advance until approved by one of our senior QC team members.
